WHY IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO HOLD MY APPOINTMENT?
Your appointment time is designated and devoted especially for you. Last minute cancellations and no shows are hard to fill on short notice which leads to lost income. Your credit card number serves as security and there is no charge to your card as long as you honor the cancellation policy.

Each new client appointment is 30 minutes long and during that time you will be given a thorough consultation to determine your brow goals, tint will be applied and a customized brow blueprint will be drawn, taking into account your unique facial shape, brow bone structure, symmetry and ideal start, arch and end points of the brow. The waxing service uses a high-quality wax formulated for the most sensitive skin and you can rest assured that Ash NEVER double dips! Following the wax, you will be tweezed and trimmed to absolute perfection!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY BROWS SHAPED?
Usually every 3-4 weeks to maintain your shape, however the choice is totally yours because it depends on how fast your hair grows and what level of regrowth you are willing to tolerate. It is recommended to rebook your next appointment before you leave to ensure you get the most desirable time that fits your schedule.
HOW DO I TELL THE WORLD ABOUT ASH?

I'm located in the Lacuna Lofts at 2150 S. Canalport Ave inside Creme de la Lash Lash & Beauty Bar Unit LC-2.The Suite is located on the lower level. Enter through the North Entrance and take the stairs down. Free parking is available as well.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes. You can give the gift of great brows by purchasing a gift certificate in person during your appointment or via email. Gift certificates are available for The Ash Does Brows Signature Wax ($25 value) or The Ash Does Brows Wax and Tint ($40 value).
An appointment is REQUIRED and a valid credit/debit card is required to secure an appointment. Your card will be authorized, but not charged until the day of your appointment. This is to ensure that you adhere to the cancellation and no-show policy. Click here to book now!
*There is a zero-tolerance policy for clients who book appointments with invalid credit or debit cards and/or violate the no-show/cancellation policy to avoid payment. You WILL be blocked from booking future appointments.

Therefore, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to accommodate others who wish to be serviced. No exceptions.
Same day/cancellations within 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No call/No Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will be blocked from booking any future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cash, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.
Tips are greatly appreciated and are preferred in cash.
