RESERVATIONS

An appointment is REQUIRED and a valid credit/debit card is required to secure an appointment. Your card will be authorized, but not charged until the day of your appointment. This is to ensure that you adhere to the cancellation and no-show policy. Click here to book now!

 

*There is a zero-tolerance policy for clients who book appointments with invalid credit or debit cards and/or violate the no-show/cancellation policy to avoid payment. You WILL be blocked from booking future appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

I value each of my clients and set aside time exclusively for you.

Therefore, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to accommodate others who wish to be serviced. No exceptions.

 

  • Same day/cancellations within 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No call/No Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will be blocked from booking any future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT

Cash, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.

 

Tips are greatly appreciated and are preferred in cash.

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy, please let me know if you are running LATE. To ensure the timely service of each guest, I reserve the right to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive outside of the 10 minute grace period.
